7 Reasons Why Impeaching Obama is a Really Super Idea

Ladies and gentlemen, I submit that Barack Hussein Obama’s unilateral negotiations with terrorists and the ensuing release of their key leadership without consult — mandated by law — with the U.S. Congress represents high crimes and misdemeanors, an impeachable offense.

Since its formation, the Obama administration has been plagued with scandals. From trying to socialize medical care to encouraging terrorism in Benghazi, there are undoubtedly more than enough grounds for the GOP to start the impeachment process already. The latest scandal involving the negotiated release of a US soldier held captive by the Taliban is another example of the administration’s hubris and celebration of anti-Americanism.

It’s time to impeach the President, not just on moral grounds, but on tactical ones too.

Here are the 7 best reasons why impeaching the President NOW is a really, really good idea:

1. Largely baseless attacks on Obama have always worked as a strategy.

While they may alienate the majority of the voting public, the core haters are always extremely useful during Presidential election time, particularly given they vote in states that are likely to go Red anyway.

2.It will mobilize the Left around Obama.

Liberals are a divided bunch, and many of them hate Obama. Thing is, when push comes to shove, they hate Republicans more so will rally around him in a time of crisis. This means more votes for Republicans!

3. It will drive moderates away from the GOP.

Who needs the sellouts anyway? Republicans can win elections without pretend conservatives.

4. It will distract from genuine mistakes the President has made.

Issues like Obama’s birth certificate have much more mainstream appeal than say, the overreach of the NSA or eliminating judicial power to halt the selling or planting of GMO seeds.

5.It will encourage the racists to come out.

Impeaching the first black President confirms what many conservatives have been saying behind closed doors for years anyways (i.e., they’re not ready). The process will be a time for celebration, and will show the best side of the GOP.

6.The media will turn against Republicans.

This will then prove that the media was against Republicans from the beginning, thus helping them get elected.

7.Grinding the country to a halt for political reasons is always popular.
