Ok iPhone lovers, you know the situation – you’re out with your phone, and you’ve forgotten to bring the damn charging cable. If only you’d stuffed the wire in your pocket, you’d be able to charge it in your car, in the socket at your friend’s place, at the coffee shop etc etc. Instead, you are now disconnected from the world, won’t be able to meet your friends, book a restaurant, check facebook, update instagram with selfies, or even find your way home.
In short, a dead iPhone means you are f**ked.
Enter ‘ChargeKey’ a start up idea running on crowd funding site ‘indiegogo’ that works as a small USB charging cable, reduced to the size of a house key. It’s not exactly rocket science, but it’s absolutely brilliant. Why? Because it’s unbelievably useful.
‘Charge Key’ met their funding goals under 100 hours of launching the campaign, and the nifty cables are flying off the shelf like hotcakes.
