Anything endorsed by mega hawk Benjamin Netanyahu is usually not a good thing, but when it comes to a compromised nuclear energy deal with Iran, concessions from the Israeli Prime Minister should not be dismissed.
The BBC is reporting that Netanyahu is pleased with the latest UN proposal where ‘low-enriched fuel would be further processed outside Iran.’ Should Iran accept the proposal, it would be a major victory for U.S led diplomacy and a big win for stability in the region
Netanyahu’s stance is of course completely hypocritical given Israel’s stock pile of illegal nuclear weapons, but no one in their right mind wants Iran to get their hands on nuclear weapons.
It is a little unfair that the world is fixated on Iran’s nuclear development when no one seems to bat an eyelid about the Israeli’s already established arsenal, but the less nuclear weapons in the world, the better.
