At a major event in Iowa, talk show host Oprah Winfrey came out in full force for Democratic Presidential candidate Barack Obama. It was well delivered speech, but in truth, was fairly vacant and devoid of serious discussion. Packed with hyperbole about Obama’s power to ‘bring people together’, Winfrey barely touched on policy, and seemed to concentrate on his image as an untarnished politician. However, the speech served its purpose: to rack up support in Iowa and take women’s votes away from Hillary Clinton. Watch the videos, and let us know what you think.
