There are days when I find it difficult to get out of bed and continue covering this chaotic, interminably stupid charlatan.

This is what the Commander in Chief tweeted this morning:

Just take a moment to absorb this, and remember that this man is the goddamn President of the United States.

For the record, Trump is not only lying about rarely using his cellphone, he is lying about the story published by the New York Times:

Mr. Trump’s aides have repeatedly warned him that his cellphone calls are not secure, and they have told him that Russian spies are routinely eavesdropping on the calls, as well. But aides say the voluble president, who has been pressured into using his secure White House landline more often these days, has still refused to give up his iPhones. White House officials say they can only hope he refrains from discussing classified information when he is on them.

Mr. Trump’s use of his iPhones was detailed by several current and former officials, who spoke on the condition of anonymity so they could discuss classified intelligence and sensitive security arrangements. The officials said they were doing so not to undermine Mr. Trump, but out of frustration with what they considered the president’s casual approach to electronic security.

Politico reported back in May that this was a serious security concern, so this isn't exactly a surprising story :

While aides have urged the president to swap out the Twitter phone on a monthly basis, Trump has resisted their entreaties, telling them it was “too inconvenient,” the same administration official said.

The president has gone as long as five months without having the phone checked by security experts. It is unclear how often Trump’s call-capable phones, which are essentially used as burner phones, are swapped out.

President Barack Obama handed over his White House phones every 30 days to be examined by telecommunications staffers for hacking and other suspicious activity, according to an Obama administration official.

And where, might you ask, are the Republicans who were so concerned with Hillary Clinton's private email server?

That's right. Nowhere.
