You can always count on Breitbart to follow the hot stories -- immigrant crime in Sweden, something Nancy Pelosi said, and apparently the very important insight the singer Cher has on US politics.
In wake of perhaps the worst week in Donald Trump's presidency where it was revealed his staff are working night and day to thwart almost all of his presidential duties, the Alt Right propaganda outlet had this as the lead article on the site:
No mention of the Bob Woodward or New York Times anonymous op-ed that have brought an already damaged White House to its knees, just a quote from Cher on the Kavanaugh Senate hearings. Granted, the hearings are indeed extremely important, but one would think that a self-proclaimed reputable site would at least mention the explosive stories above the fold (media speak for "where the important stories go").
Here's how they reported the hugely important Cher story:
Cher’s comments come amid Kavanaugh’s Senate hearings, with Democrats and left-wing activists across the country imploring lawmakers to vote against his confirmation. On Tuesday, dozens of protesters interrupted the hearing proceedings, with demonstrators including actress Piper Perabo and far-left Palestinian activist Linda Sarsour arrested by police.
The 72-year-old pop icon, who helped fund raise for Hillary Clinton’s unsuccessful 2016 campaign, is known for her barely coherent tweets raging against Trump and the administration, having previously described the President as a “cancer ravaging our nation.” She later apologized for those remarks.
Lots of good information here -- Cher, Hillary Clinton, nasty Arabs, etc, etc, all highly relevant to the Kavanaugh hearings and the worst week of Trump's presidency.
