House Republicans Do A $50 Billion (At Least) Cut Duck

The Republicans are already admitting their campaign rhetoric to cut $100 billion dollars from domestic spending was a fraud. They've now cut that number in half, and expect it to creep down to nothing as they redefine Orwell-style what exactly constitutes deficit spending.

Republicans love to yell "cut!" but when pressed for specifics, the best they can do is duck and cover.
