Welcome to the Tri Polar Era

Noam Chomsky heralds the economic rise of Europe and North East Asia as a defining moment in history:

Though the world is unipolar militarily, since the 1970s it has become
economically "tripolar," with comparable centers in North America,
Europe and northeast Asia. The global economy is becoming more diverse,
particularly with the growth of Asian economies.

A world becoming truly multipolar, politically as well as
economically, despite the resistance of the sole superpower, marks a
progressive change in history.

Perhaps the rise of Asia and Europe will force the United States to stop obsessing with foreign wars and it neo imperial strategy around the world, and concentrate on rebuilding its shattered economy. After all, new jobs are far more appealing than new wars.
