God Bless Keith Olbermann

Keith Olbermann is a rarity -- a lone, crystal clear voice of reason in the cacophony of corporate media punditry, and a God Send to a public weary of being lied to on a daily basis.

Olbermann uses the system he has so expertly played to destroy it, a beneficiary of the corporate socialism that has devastated working people and destroyed the middle class, but a crusader against it and all of its evil. Olbermann's hour long special on the healthcare debate last night was a call to arms, a rallying cry to end the criminal abuse of regular people by a relentlessly greedy private insurance system. Olbermann did not have to use his allotted hour to promote a cause his advertisers and corporate bosses at GE would no doubt hate, but he did it anyway.

Olbermann knows that his vitriol against corporate America could get him fired, but he doesn't seem to care. Why? Because as he so eloquently stated, it is a matter of life and death. Not so much for him, but for the millions of his country men that die because they have no health insurance. And for that, I say God Bless Keith Olbermann. He's a true patriot.

Here's the final part of his special comment (the rest can be viewed here):
