Happy Friday, all. Here's what you should probably reading this morning because it's better than sitting around trying to figure out how you can duck out of work early.

Happy Friday, all. Here's what you should probably be reading this morning because it's better than sitting around trying to figure out how you can duck out of work early:

1. Chief Concern

This is shaping up to be a big deal: In what I assume he mistakenly figured would be a private e-mail, the chief of police in Lake Mary, Florida admitted that he thinks George Zimmerman is basically another Sandy Hook waiting to happen. Lake Mary is where Zimmerman currently lives and where he was held for questioning the other day on a domestic disturbance call. His estranged wife claims he punched her father then purposely destroyed an iPad she was using to shoot video of the confrontation. The pieces of the device are now being examined by police to see if there's any way the alleged video on it can be recovered. Why Zimmerman isn't in trouble for tampering with evidence, I have no idea. Then again, why he's not in prison right now for shooting an unarmed kid is equally baffling. Best guess is, you know, Florida.

2. Taken for a Ride

Alex Gibney's had to work around a lot of people trying to bullshit him during his time as a documentary filmmaker, but only one would lead him to change the name of a movie from The Road Back to The Armstrong Lie.

3. No Apologies

Nirvana's willfully combative "screw you" to everyone who fall in love with Nevermind turns 20 years old today. In Utero was released on this day in 1993, with enfant terrible Steve Albini producing and Cobain swearing it would infuriate the world. It didn't. It's an excellent album from start to finish. Here's some of what went into making it.

4. Sorkin Lecture

Finally, The Newsroom isn't the best show on television -- but it could be. This parody of the opening scene of the show, basically directed at right at Aaron Sorkin, is pure genius.

Have a great weekend, folks. See you on the other side.
