While Glenn Greenwald's relentless lecturing of anyone who fails to see the world through his civil-libertarian-fundamentalist perspective is irritating beyond belief, his astonishing inability to detect humor takes his annoyingness to a completely new level. That's definitely one way of responding to jokes about your lack of humor - incomprehensible double negatives about existent jokes that are not non existent depending on your ability to detect and process something you think someone is writing without humor....
In Greenwaldian speak, this basically means, "sometimes people write funny shit, but I don't get it".
