Former Conservative Party leader and current shadow Foreign Secretary William Hague delivered a hilarious and cruel speech on the prospect of Tony Blair's possible EU presidency. Hague is somewhat of a buffoon himself, but a brilliant politicians in many respects. His oratory skills are highly underrated (largely due to his annoying voice), but he is sharp, and very witty. You may not agree with his politics, but his portrayal of the Brown-Blair relationship is painfully funny.
